Why we give up exercise

Why we give up exercise

Have you ever wondered how many times you have started any form of exercise and stopped within a month????

Before we start we need to realize a few things:

Exercise doesn't work miracles…. We go to the mirror the first day and see no result, the same the next and the next... it takes time and effort. We can't expect to see changes overnight, so the mirror has to be out of the picture.

We set realistic goals. One reason we quit is frustration. Having set a goal of losing weight or getting stronger and not seeing results quickly, most people get frustrated and give up. By setting realistic goals, we follow our path step by step and invest in long-term results. We enjoy the gradual changes and continue the exercise with dedication and consistency to see greater results.

We start step by step Surely you hear many people in your environment who say that they go to the gym every day for 2-3 hours... "Everything is fine"... if exercise seems like a compulsive task to you, start gradually. Start 3 times a week until exercise becomes a part of your life and let it "win" you.

We choose the form of exercise and the qualified trainer. Many people follow the trends of the time and don't choose what suits them.Wrong…choose what is right for you with the person who can inspire you and guide you right.
