Myths about the gym

Starting the exercise I'm sure you've heard a lot. There is a lot of information and misinformation on the internet. However, what is transferred from mouth to mouth consolidates some opinions that are not necessarily correct. Fortunately there is validity to exercise science and it provides all the answers.

MYTH 1: Do abs...to see abs..The biggest myth. The exercises are aimed at strengthening the muscles, they will not change the image... this will only be done with changes in diet and aerobic training so that body fat is reduced! Then and only .. and if of course your genetic predisposition helps, you will see the image you see on the covers... so don't kill yourself every day for no reason...

MYTH 2: I won't run..because I will lose muscles.. Many people say don't run because they will lose muscle mass. WRONG.. WRONG..Our body eats for other reasons than because we run... all we have to do is meet our caloric needs.

MYTH 3: WOMEN DON'T LIFT WEIGHTS BECAUSE THEY WILL BLOW UP. One of the most common phrases a woman says… due to a hormonal profile it can't be done, there is a very small percentage of women who can build muscle naturally unless they use substances, otherwise with weights they will get a strong and sculpted body

MYTH 4: I don't do weights because it will tighten the fat.. This cannot be done because they are two different tissues... fat does not become muscle and muscle does not become fat..

MYTH 5: If you don't exhaust yourself, you won't get results... Most people believe that if they devote at least 2 hours every day to exhausting exercise, they will not get results. Unfortunately for you, you will achieve the exact opposite and risk injury... as important as training is, so is rest. So it's best to have 3 intense workouts alternating with lighter days unless you're a champion.

MYTH 6: Musclebuilter equals experts It is a great privilege to know one's capabilities, but not to overestimate them, compared to people who have studied the particular subject. A qualified coach can guide you effectively, getting you out of a training rut. We only listen to the qualified gymnast because every body is different and has different needs.

MYTH 7: Don't do this exercise, it's forbidden. By whom? No exercise is prohibited, everything is a matter of correct technique and that is where the qualified qualified gymnast comes in to properly adapt the exercise to the needs of the trainee
